What is the cost of a ticket?$75.00

Will I be driving myself from house to house?xxxxxxx

How long should I allow for the tour?The properties are open for six hours, from 10am - 4pm. Prepare for X minutes of driving time between Capstone in Piperssville and the properties just north of New Hope. That leaves you plenty of time to visit each property and still enjoy breaks or a lunch.

Do I need to bring my e-ticket or printed e-ticket to the event?Yes, please be prepared to show either your printed ticket or your e-ticket on your mobile device.

Can I buy tickets day of?There are a limited number of tickets available. If tickets are still available on the day of the tour, they can be purchased online from your digital device until 12pm.

What is the latest time you will admit ticket holders?The latest time to enter a property is 3:30pm - 30 minutes before the stated 4pm end time.

What is the refund policy?Ticket sales are final.

Are photographs permitted?Photography is permitted only outdoors. Please respect our homeowners' privacy.

Where might I stop for lunch?You'll find a list of suggestions for lunch by clicking on ON THE ROAD in the website's main menu.

Can I bring pets?Pets are not permitted.

Are children permitted?Children ages 12 and above are welcome if tickets are purchased for them.

What can I carry?Small pocketbooks are acceptable. Large pocketbooks, backpacks, and totes are not permitted. Guests may bring capped water bottles for rehydrating outdoors. Out of courtesy to our hosts and other ticket holders, please refrain from using your cell phone while on tour.

What should I wear?Please dress comfortably for the weather and wear flat shoes. You may be asked to wear booties that cover your shoes before you enter the houses as these help protect interior floors. Flat shoes are also safer for walking outdoors.

Are restrooms available?Restrooms are NOT available on the tour's private properties unless it is an emergency.

Are these properties handicapped accessible?Unfortunately, these private homes are unable to accommodate wheelchairs. The houses offer rooms to view on multiple levels.

What are my transportation/parking options?Information about parking for each property will be included with the information sent to you via e-mail on June 13. There will be parking for a shuttle three minutes away from Coda and on-site parking for Drumbore and Black Horse Farms, which are in easy walking distance of one another.

Do I need to follow my assigned route?PLEASE DO! In an effort to maintain appropriate distance and traffic in the homes, and manage any wait times for yourself and others, we ask all participants to follow their assigned routes.

When will I receive a map of the homes on the tour?Maps and complete instructions about the tour will be sent to ticket buyers via e-mail on Friday, June 13.
